RENTAL AGREEMENT:

relish studios is a natural light photo studio in downtown salt lake city, utah. it is available for use upon hourly, half day, full day & small event rentals. 1 hour being the minimum booking time period. 

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

renter must read & agree with the terms of service & payment made in full in order to lock down desired booking time and date. 

PAYMENT:

payment can be made on our website, relishstudios.co. we do not accept checks or physical credit/debit cards on location. 

AMENITIES AND SPACES AVAILABLE FOR RENTER USE: 

• power outlets 
• bathrooms 
• elevator. (if you require extra ADA assistance, please get in touch with us before your booking)
• cleaning supplies
• clothing steamer
• painters tape
• broom

*renter must stay inside suite 203 throughout their rental. renter or anyone in their party is not permitted to enter the private offices of sauce media group or any other “suites” within the building. 

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS:

if hourly rentals are canceled before 48 of booking, relish studios will issue a full refund. if canceled within 48 hours, relish studios will issue a partial refund. 50% will be withheld as a cancellation fee. day-of cancellations will not receive a refund of any kind. any bookings that need to be rescheduled must notify relish studios within 48 hours of the original booking & must have a new date rescheduled within 1 week to avoid any fees. booking for a new date must be made within 1 week of original date or full amount will be held as a cancellation fee. for rescheduling, credits will be offered and tracked by relish studios. day-of reschedules will be charged a 50% rescheduling fee. rescheduling is on a first come first serve basis & Relish Studios cannot guarantee any certain date/time. full or half day rentals must be canceled within 1 WEEK to be issued a full refund & 4 DAYS for a partial (50%) refund. full day reschedules must be brought to attention 1 week prior to the scheduled date to avoid a cancellation fee. 

PARKING:

relish studios is not responsible for parking. there is a public parking lot on the south side of the building, street parking along the block. DO NOT park on the west side of the building, against the building, otherwise your car will be towed & relish studios is not responsible. relish studios is not responsible for any theft or damage to any vehicles during your rental, do not leave anything inside your car. 

LIGHTING:

relish studios is a natural light photography studio & has various lighting situations depending on weather, time of day & season. no refunds will be issued for customers dissatisfaction with lighting due to weather.

SCHEDULE TIME:

renter must show up to their shoot on time, as there could be possible bookings before or after your booked time period. if renter, or anyone in their party is late (without fault of relish studios), relish studios can not guarantee extra rental time & there will be no refund issued. renter understands that if they or their party shows up early or stays more than 5 minutes before or after their scheduled rental, this could conflict with other bookings. It will also be considered “overtime” & will be billed accordingly, with a 1 hour minimum. renter is responsible for setting up any paper rolls rented from relish studios. renter is aware that set up & take down of their personal items (including paper roll rentals) must be completed within the booked time slot. if renter needs more time, please check with a relish studios representative 15 minutes before the end of your booked time slot. if the studio is available for an extended rental, extra time will be billed accordingly. 

RELISH STUDIOS REPRESENTATIVES:

RENTAL EXPECTATIONS:

music must be kept at a reasonable volume, as relish studios is located in a shared space. we love music, you can connect to our sound system to play your tunes at a chill volume (name: BT) if moving furniture pieces, mirror, etc around the studio during your booking PLEASE do so with 2 people & with extreme care. do not drag pieces across our floor. we have many vintage pieces that we love dearly & wish to keep them in good shape. there is no drinking, smoking, vaping or drug use permitted within relish studios. violators will be asked to leave. no refunds will be issued. with the exception of the items stated below, renter is welcome to bring their own equipment or props into the space. relish studios prohibits the use of any property damaging materials such as nails or tacks. if you need to hang anything within the space you are welcome to use wall friendly tapes, “Fun Tak” or Command Strips. relish studios is a safe space to create in. there is an absolute zero tolerance policy for any inappropriate behavior towards a relish studios representative. this includes any verbal or physical assault of any kind. violators will be asked to leave & will not be issued a refund. 

STUDIO FURNITURE:

we are dedicated to making relish studios always feel fresh & up-to-date with our props & furniture options. please note that our selection is subject to change at any time. If there is a specific prop or piece of furniture you are hoping to shoot with that you have seen in marketing content, please confirm with us prior to booking. you are welcome to reach out via email (relish@saucemediagroup.com) or DM us on instagram (@relishstudios). 

CLEANING:

please tidy up & leave the space exactly as you found it. (***remember, cleaning must be done within your scheduled booking time) If renter does not leave the space as it was upon arrival, there will be a $30 cleaning fee invoiced. if renter or their party leaves anything inside the space, there will be a $25 fee. the owner will have 48 hours to collect the item(s). otherwise it will be considered abandoned and donated to charity. 

THEFT & DAMAGES:

relish studios is not responsible for any theft, injury or other incidents of renter or their party during the rental. if renter or anyone in their party damages anything within the space (structural, furniture, plant or any rental equipment.), renter will have to pay for the damages. we take inventory after every booking, if not every item is accounted for, renter will be charged for the full cost of missing items. 

VIDEOGRAPHERS:

relish studios is located in a shared building that hosts many other businesses within it. background noise is very likely & renter understands that if they are filming video, relish studios does not have control over any outside noise within or outside the building that is not in the studio itself. we have done our best to soundproof our space but there is still some echo, please keep this in mind if filming or recording. relish studios will not issue any refunds due to dissatisfaction with sound quality. 

RENTER PARTY:

renter accepts responsibility in educating their party in the rules & expectations stated in this agreement.
